In 2017, I worked as a program manager at the Redbase Foundation in Yogyakarta, a non-profit art place that promotes young artists and art-based social activities in the communities nearby. My responsibilities involves searching for ideas and programs to run for work teams, such as art residency programs, art exhibitions, weekly workshops for local children near our office, and developing collaboration programs with schools with special needs because we believe that art should be enjoyed by all groups and can be made by every individual.
